On Women's Day, I enjoyed a relaxing evening of music with Jess Meider with her husband, great whiskey cocktails and oysters. I am very fund of Starfish's oysters. They are big, super fresh, and juicy. I had them on my girls diner party the week before, they were coming straight from the airport! Just a mouth full of it, and I feel like I am in France, having my Christmas meal with my family. It's an incredible feeling of goodness. I have never dared to eat oysters in Beijing, in 10 years, but I trust Starfish, because I see the owners, how they work with passion and they know their products.

My godfather always says:" I won't be give my money to a restaurant if I don't know the owners!"

EGRC is a charity  organization that has already helped almost 300 young women from the poor rural areas of Gansu attend schools and universities.
